No information received or created during the performance of laboratory activities in connection with analyzes under the LCNSP will be kept confidential before the Ministry of Health and official agencies and institutions conducting audits and verifications of analyzes under the LCNSP or other applicable laws. No confidentiality clauses in this case apply.
